Arrival & departure appointments are scheduled between 9:00am -- 6:00pm everyday except Sundays and holidays
Tour appointments are scheduled between 11:00am -- 4:00pm Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays except for holidays
No appointments on Sundays and all major holidays (New Year's Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)
